Quick verdict
Best for a small list that needs the basics: Lite. At 0–500 subscribers it is shown as $13/mo on yearly billing ($150 a year; the page rounds the monthly figure), with 1 email list, 3 landing pages, and 3 email automations.
Best for creators who want no limits and sales tracking: Plus. It is listed at $20/mo ($240 a year) at 0–500 subscribers and adds unlimited lists, landing pages, automations and users, plus advanced reporting and sales tracking.
AWeber's price depends on your number of contacts and your email send volume, so the figures above only apply to the smallest tier. We haven't used AWeber ourselves. This guide is built from AWeber's official pricing page, checked October 15, 2026, and we explain below where the page left us unsure.

Plans in detail
Lite
Lite is the entry plan for people who want email and a few landing pages. At 0–500 subscribers the page shows $13/mo on yearly billing. The yearly total is $150, so the monthly figure on the page is rounded ($150 ÷ 12 is $12.50).
Pros
- Low starting price. $150 a year at the smallest tier is a low price for a plan with automations and landing pages.
- 24/7 support. Support is included on Lite, not just on the higher plan.
- Room for three of each. Three landing pages, three automations and three users cover a simple setup.
Cons
- One email list and one custom segment. If you run separate audiences, you hit the limit quickly.
- AWeber branding stays on your emails. The plan card crosses out branding removal.
- No advanced sales tracking or advanced landing page features. The plan card crosses both out.
Plus
Plus removes the caps. At 0–500 subscribers it is listed at $20/mo on yearly billing ($240 a year).
Pros
- Unlimited lists, landing pages, automations, users and segments.
- Sales tracking and advanced reporting. Useful if you sell products by email.
- Branding removal and priority support.
Cons
- It costs more as your list grows. The tier table below shows the gap widening.
- Not needed for a simple newsletter. If you use one list and a few automations, you pay for features you don't use.
Done For You
Done For You is the Plus plan with expert setup. Setup is listed as done within 7 days, with a 1:1 setup call and 30 days of unlimited edits. At 0–500 subscribers the page lists $20/mo on yearly billing plus a $79 setup fee. The page shows $599 crossed out and labels $79 a limited-time offer. We don't know how long that offer lasts, so treat $79 as the price we saw on October 15, 2026.
Pricing gotchas
- Price follows list size and send volume. AWeber's own note says the price is based on the number of contacts and the email send volume. A slider on the page changes the price as your list grows.
- Yearly and monthly billing differ. The plan cards open on yearly billing. In the 0–500 tier, Lite is $13/mo on yearly billing and $15/mo on monthly billing, and Plus is $20/mo on yearly billing and $30/mo on monthly billing (checked October 15, 2026). Higher tiers show the same pattern in the table below.
- Free months are mentioned, with no terms shown. A "Get up to 4 Free Months" label sits near the billing toggle. We couldn't see the conditions, so confirm them before you pay.
- The trial is 14 days. The page doesn't say what you pay when it ends. Check the billing date at sign-up.
- A free plan is mentioned, but we couldn't see its limits. A "continue with Free" link appears on the page, but the pricing page doesn't list what the free plan includes.
What your list size really costs
AWeber prices by subscriber tier, not by exact count. The slider on the page shows tiers such as 0–500, 501–1,000 and 7,501–10,000 subscribers. On October 15, 2026 we saw $21/mo for Lite and $38/mo for Plus in the 501–1,000 tier on yearly billing, which match the yearly totals below. In the 7,501–10,000 tier we saw $83/mo for Lite and $113/mo for Plus on yearly billing ($1,000 and $1,350 a year), which also match. The tier table lists the monthly-billing prices, and these are the figures we recorded. We switched the page to monthly billing in the 0–500 tier and saw $15/mo for Lite and $30/mo for Plus, in the 501–1,000 tier we saw $25/mo for Lite and $45/mo for Plus, and in the 7,501–10,000 tier we saw $100/mo for Lite and $135/mo for Plus. All three match the table. AWeber lists other tiers in between and above, so check the slider for your own list size.
| Subscribers (tier) | Lite, monthly billing | Lite, yearly total | Plus, monthly billing | Plus, yearly total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0–500 | $15/mo | $150 | $30/mo | $240 |
| 501–1,000 | $25/mo | $250 | $45/mo | $450 |
| 7,501–10,000 | $100/mo | $1,000 | $135/mo | $1,350 |
"Yearly total" is what you pay for a full year on yearly billing.
What the table tells you
- In the 501–1,000 tier, Plus costs $200 more a year than Lite ($450 against $250) on yearly billing.
- Yearly billing saves money on both plans. In the 501–1,000 tier, Lite is $25/mo on monthly billing against about $20.83/mo on yearly billing ($250 ÷ 12, shown as $21 on the page), and Plus is $45/mo against $37.50/mo ($450 ÷ 12, shown as $38).
- The gap grows with your list. In the 7,501–10,000 tier, Plus is $350 a year more than Lite on yearly billing.
Who should choose which
Choose Lite if…
- You have one list and want email, a few automations, and a few landing pages.
- You are fine with AWeber branding on your emails.

Choose Plus if…
- You run several audiences or need more than three automations or landing pages.
- You want branding removal and sales tracking for your own products.
- You plan to grow into advanced reporting.

What to test during your 14-day trial
- Build your signup form and one landing page, and time it.
- Set up a welcome automation and check how many of your three (Lite) it uses.
- Look at the reports you'd actually use each week.
- Check where the trial ends and when the first charge happens.
- Move the subscriber slider to your real list size and note the price.

How we compared
We read AWeber's public pricing page on October 15, 2026, recorded the plan cards and the subscriber tier tables, and recalculated the yearly figures ourselves. We haven't used AWeber, so we don't comment on ease of use or deliverability. We'll update this page when prices change.
